a) Nitrogen can be effortlessly produced by a basic cycle called Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA).
b) A typical PSA system has 2 number of adsorbtion vessels, surge tank, storage tank, flow control valves and a Controller.
c) The air compressed is pre treated for expulsion of dampness, oil and molecule and went through the adsorbtion vessel loaded up with Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS)
where the oxygen is adsorbed specially in the CMS pores so nitrogen particles releases from the power source valve and put away in the collector.
d) Before saturation of the adsorber vessel the air stream is changed to the second adsorber, the CMS bed of first adsorber is being recovered by a part of Nitrogen.
